Where can I find the legislation and guidelines?

The Norwegian Personal Data Act contains the central privacy regulation applicable in Norway. It is through this law that the GDPR is implemented in Norwegian law. You can find the Act on Personal Data free of charge here (Norwegian). We have also collected some useful online resources here. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority also has a lot of useful information on their website.
