Kristin is a tech lawyer with a great passion for data privacy law. She is ranked as one of Norway's best lawyers in her fields and has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. She is a member of the Professional Committee for Data Privacy in the Norwegian Bar Association. She advises companies regarding GDPR and the Personal Data Act, as well as in connected legal fields, regardless of industry. She has expertise regarding issues concerning data flow, internal control and documentation, BCR, cloud services, and transfers of personal data both between companies and out of Europe, DPIA and cyber security.

He is a member of the Expert committee for ICT law in the Center for Continuing Legal Education of the Norwegian Bar Association, is well ranked and an often used speaker. In Bull he leads the Cyber Security Response team. Kristian's focus is on finding solutions and to achieve the business objectives of his clients. He has a large international network, experience as a house lawyer from EDB Business Partner (now TietoEVERY) and from dispute resolution.
